Data collected
This data is collected when you ask for your AI scorecard results:
- first name, last name, work email; company, job title and phone if you give them;
- your answers to the 12 questions, your score and your answers about your context (size, situation, priority, preferred approach, budget, success criterion);
- your consent and its wording, the page address, the page you came from and the browser type.
The score is calculated in your browser.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used to show you your results and to contact you about this scorecard. The scorecard is free; your contact details are what you give in return, and this is stated before the first question. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by email. The data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Recipients and hosting
Only Cédric Atticot dit Ravino reads this data. It is stored in a database hosted on this site's server, rented from IONOS SE.
For each request, a notification (name, company, size, budget, preferred approach, score, email, phone) is sent to him through the Telegram messaging service, whose provider is based outside the European Union.
The server also keeps technical logs of submissions (IP address, date, browser), for security only.
Retention period
3 years after our last contact, then deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, and the right to set instructions for what happens to it after your death. To exercise them, write to cedric.atticot@live.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
